Our No-Fix-No-Fee Policy

If we don't know how to fix the problem then we won't charge you.

If we know how to fix the problem, but you choose not to proceed with the work required to complete the repair, then we will charge you the time spent up to that point.

If we know how to fix the problem, but you don't have the required CD or product key required to complete the repair, then we will charge you the time spent up to that point.

The policy does not apply to work related to data recovery, computer virus or spyware problems or to cases in which the computer has been struck by lightning.
